Professional experience

Riccardo Ramella specialises in debt restructuring transactions, with a particular focus on corporate crisis resolution mechanisms, as well as financing transactions (real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, and corporate lending), advising banks, financial institutions, funds and companies.

Education and qualifications

In 2023, he obtained a Master’s degree, magna cum laude, in Law and, in 2025, with top marks, a Master’s degree in Economics, Law and Corporate Finance from the University of Insubria. At the same university, he serves as assistant in commercial law and is a member of the stakeholders committee for the Faculty of Law.
