Assistance in the field of banking and financial law as well as in the field of corporate crisis resolution. Experience in debt restructuring transactions, assisting clients (including banks and financial intermediaries) in the negotiation and implementation of crisis resolution tools.

Advises Italian and foreign clients, including banks, corporations and investment funds in finance transactions, with reference to corporate financing, cross-border financing, acquisition finance transactions and real estate investments.
