Professional experience

Enrico Giliberti is one of the founding partners of the Firm. He is considered one of Italy’s major experts in litigation, in particular for arbitrations in which he is often appointed as arbitrator or engaged as lawyer of one of the parties.

Enrico has also provided assistance for some of the most important extraordinary transactions in Italy and has been appointed as member of the board of directors of some important Italian companies.

Enrico Giliberti has worked, as visiting foreign lawyer, at Cahill Gordon & Ohl in New York and was co-founder of the offices of Erede Bianchi e Giliberti in Milan. In 1988 he founded Studio Colesanti and Giliberti, which later became Biscozzi Giliberti Nobili. Subsequently he founded Giliberti Pappalettera Triscornia e Associati, now Giliberti Triscornia e Associati, of which he is a founding partner.

Education and qualifications

Graduated in law, magna cum laude, at the University Federico II of Naples.
Admitted to Italian Bar.
Admitted to Italian Higher Courts.
