Professional experience

Giovanni Paolo Maria Olivares is specialized in litigation, before Courts and arbitration panels, in particular in commercial and company law. On this subject, he regularly works with important private equity funds regarding the resolution of disputes involving corporate governance and shareholders’ agreements and defends both directors and statutory auditors, also of listed companies, in lawsuits on their professional liability.
He also gained a significant experience in inheritance law, related litigation, as well as intra-family wealth transfer . Giovanni has developed a wealth of experience in helping clients realize their estate planning and protection of wealth objectives.

Before joining the Firm, he worked at top tier Italian firms.

Education and qualifications

Law degree from University of Milan, cum laude.
Admitted to Italian Bar.
Admitted to Italian Higher Courts.

English and French.
