Professional experience

Enrico has extensive experience in advising primary Italian and foreign clients (including sponsors, lead investors, lenders and borrowers) on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, with a focus on real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate lending (including ECA backed), project finance and debt restructuring.

Education and qualifications

Enrico graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and he has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2019.
