Professional experience

Giuseppe regularly advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, banks and private debt lenders, in a wide range of domestic and cross-border banking transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance, and debt restructuring.

Education and qualifications

Giuseppe graduated cum laude in Law from the Università degli Studi di Padova and is admitted to the Italian Bar Association.
